At Acrylify, we aim to maintain transparency regarding refunds and cancellations. Please read the policy below carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible

  • Custom product orders cannot be cancelled once production has started

Refund Eligibility

Standard Products

  • Refunds are applicable only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered

  • Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery with proper proof

  • Refunds for personal reasons are subject to product condition checks and deduction of shipping/handling charges

Custom Products

  • Refunds are not available for custom products due to their personalised nature

  • Refunds are issued only if the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered, and replacement is not feasible

Sale & Clearance Items

  • Products purchased during sales or clearance are non-refundable

  • Refunds are not applicable under any circumstances for these items

Refund Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • For COD orders, customers must provide valid bank details

  • Refunds are usually completed within 5–7 working days

  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable
