Standard Products

If a standard product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or videos.

After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability and the nature of the issue.

Returns requested for personal reasons (change of mind, incorrect selection, etc.) are accepted only if the product is unused, in original condition, and returned with intact packaging.

In such cases, return shipping and handling charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
Custom Products
Custom products are made specifically based on customer-provided inputs such as size, image, text, or design. Therefore:

Returns are not accepted for custom products

Replacement is provided only if the product is damaged in transit or incorrectly delivered

Minor variations in colour, print, or finish are natural and not considered defects

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for custom orders
Sale & Clearance Items
