Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All products are carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure quality and safe delivery.

  • Standard products (such as acrylic photo frames, wall décor, and artwork) are usually dispatched within 2–4 working days.

  • Customised products are dispatched within 5–7 working days after final confirmation and receipt of the required advance payment (if applicable).

  • Dispatch timelines may vary during high-demand periods, sales, or due to operational constraints.

Delivery Timeline

  • Delivery time depends on product size, weight, and delivery location.

  • Orders are generally delivered within 5–7 days after dispatch.

  • Smaller products may be delivered faster, sometimes within 24–48 hours.

  • Once the order is dispatched, tracking details are shared via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

Cash on Delivery (COD) – Shipping Related Terms

  • COD orders require an advance (token) payment of 20% of the total order value.

  • The advance amount is collected to confirm shipment and reduce transit losses.

  • This advance is non-refundable if the order is refused for personal reasons.

  • COD may not be available on certain customised or low-value orders, depending on the product type.

Customised Orders – Delivery Conditions

  • Customised products are manufactured based on customer inputs (image, size, text, or design).

  • Production begins only after receiving the required advance payment and final confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines for customised products may vary slightly due to production complexity.

  • Minor colour or finish variations are natural and are not considered delivery defects.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Remote delivery locations

  • Weather conditions

  • High-volume sale periods

  • Unforeseen logistical or operational issues

Acrylify is not responsible for delays once the order has been dispatched.
